If your question is about a particular order, quote its number — it is in the confirmation email and looks like KIAN-000001. That way the first reply is the answer, not a request for details.

The shop
The shop at 8/13 Borysohlibska in Kyiv is temporarily closed. All orders are placed on the site, with Nova Poshta delivery across Ukraine.
Production
Our workshop is in Kharkiv. We make the clothes ourselves: that is also where the decisions about fabrics, patterns and what goes into production next are made. The workshop is not a collection point and does not receive visitors.
